Step 1 - Submit Application

Step 2 - Application Review

Once your application has been received, our Volunteer Coordinator will review the position you are interested in and will contact you directly to understand a little more of what you'd like to help with and ensure we align the role with what your most interested in doing - we want you have to have FUN!
Some positions like board members and competitive coaches will need a police check.  For areas such as tournaments, concessions, field maintenance, etc it is not required, our volunteer coordinator will help guide you down that path - see the below step to start that process

Step 2a - Obtain Police Vulnerable Sector Check if applicable


Some positions with the exception of students will be required to fill out a volunteer application form and complete a vulnerable sector check from the London Police Department. The fee is $15 and can be done online. You will be reimbursed by the association upon receipt and copy of police check. 

Clicking on the badge below will redirect you to the London Police website. You will find full instructions on how to obtain your police check. Please note that it does take a few weeks from application to receipt of a hard copy in the mail

Step 3 - Application Acceptance

Once you have successfully been placed into a position you will be loaded into our volunteer database for further communication
