
Tincaps 2005 take out Hamilton with help from Logan Vandierendonck, 7-2
Logan Vandierendonck went 2-4 as London West took home a 7-2 victory over Hamilton in seven innings at Richvale #1 on Saturday.
He singled in the first and third innings.
The game was never in doubt after the first, as London West scored two runs on an error and an RBI single by Cooper Martin.
One Tincaps baserunner came all the way around to score in each of the third, fourth and sixth. In the third, London West scored on an RBI single by Lukas Richardson, scoring Carter Bradburn.
After pushing across one run in the bottom of the fourth, Hamilton faced just a 4-1 deficit. An RBI single by Bryce sparked Hamilton's rally. The Hamilton threat came to an end when Isaac Metron finally got Alex to ground out.
London West increased its lead with two runs in the seventh. A double by Camden Sanders ignited the offense,, bringing home Ethan Dawe. That was followed up by Cohen Mizak's single, plating Camden.
