London West Tincaps 2005 makes the most of 1 hit in 1-0 victory over the Sarnia Braves

London West Tincaps 2005 and the Sarnia Braves both had scoring chances on Saturday, but it was London West Tincaps 2005 that was able to capitalize on them as it pulled out a 1-0 win at Oakridge Upper.

The Sarnia Braves got three hits compared with just one for London West Tincaps 2005, but the Sarnia Braves stranded eight on base. 

The fact that London West Tincaps 2005 grouped all of its runs into the fourth inning helped it take advantage of its hits. 

The Sarnia Braves couldn't get anything going as long as Roman Sawchuk was on the mound. Roman held the Sarnia Braves hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out four. 

Five relief pitchers finished off the game for London West Tincaps 2005. Cohen Mizak faced five batters in relief, while Owen Brown managed to record three outs to aid the victory. 

The lone run of the game for London West Tincaps 2005 crossed the plate in the fourth inning on a groundout by Will Bishop
